In Door
Whenever a File with Tags moved toward the entrance door the validation is carried out via the readers at the entrance, at the same time when the File is validated, movement of the File with department is marked automatically and the IN time is recorded.
Out Door
Whenever a File with RFID Tag moved toward the exit Door the OUT time is recorded.
REPORTS
Total Files entered IN Door (Department wise) with date and time
Total Files gone OUT Door (Department wise) with date and time
Total Files Stored IN & OUT (Department wise Stationed) can be defined for a specific time to account it.
